Find out about the dimension
By selecting the design and stone you will be ready to go to the next step. You now need to check the size and dimension of the design you are interested in, because each design has its own technical specifications. This is the most important step in your ordering process. We recommend that you contact our professional design team to make certain that the design you are interested in can be installed in your room. Our design team will be able to better advice you, if you send them a copy of the Dimension Form, which can be found in following PDF File Our design and technical support team has over 10 years of experience in different custom projects, and they will be able to assist you with all your needs. Is it in our collection
By browsing our collection you can find out if your order will have to be costume made or is available in the inventory. We currently keep a large inventory of our collection, which makes our delivery time as low as three weeks However, since some orders do not fit the standard designs and sizes available in our stock, we gladly take custom orders. It will be custom ordered
We keep a large inventory of hand carved fireplace mantels, marble medallions, and marble borders. However, if you have already contacted us and we did not have your design in our stock your project will be custom ordered. In the case of lime stone kitchen hoods, usually due to the variety of dimensions of the hood liner, stove, ceiling height and space between the cabinets, kitchen hood projects are usually custom ordered. Granite counter tops are always custom made. Because in each case the cabinets will be different from another, and the selection of edge carving and material will make the project 100% custom made.

We will get your approval
We will send you a 3D/Auto CAD design of your project. You can then review the details of the project drawing and technical aspects with your builder/architect or design team and send us the approval conformation through email or fax, or any changes that you may have. We will accommodate your request and resend it back to you. We will continue this process until we get your satisfaction. After your final approval, our technical and production team will double check all the aspects of the project to make sure it will run smoothly. We will inform you of the delivery time
Once we have received conformation from all different parties, we need yet an additional approval from our financial department. Our financial department will send us their approval once they have received 50% of the total payment. Now your order will go through production, and we will periodically update you with pictures of your order. After the carving process we will send you a final product picture and ask for your final approval before we ship the product to your destination While having all the above information we will be able to give you an exact delivery time, which depends on the size and complexity of your project. Check the availability
While we have a large selection in our inventory, depending on the number of orders received day by day through our large marketing networks our stock inventory for different designs will change daily. Due to this matter we recommend you to contact our costumer service to make certain your order is available. For non-available items, we will inform you the earliest time we will restock our inventory.

It will be delivered in two weeks
Once we have checked our inventory and made sure we have your order in stock, we need an approval from our financial department to start the delivery process. Once they have received 30% of the total payment, they will send us their approval. By receiving their approval, we will pre-install your order and send you a final product picture and any further information you might need. We will then ask for your approval before packaging. Once we have received your conformation, and the rest of the total payment, we will ship the product to your destination. Please review our shipping and insurance policy.
